Residential subscription
fees are $49.95 per month, payable quarterly in advance.
Subscription fees may be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only), cheque or EFT.

QUESTION & ANSWER
Q: How long do I have to subscribe for?
A: The subscription
agreement is for a minimum three-month term. After that first period, you can
stop your subscription by giving a minimum 30 days notice in writing and
returning the smart-card to TVO. Please see the Subscriber
Agreement for details.
Q: What happens if I
go on holidays?
A: You can suspend your
subscription with 7 days notice, although there will be no refund for
subscription fees paid in advance, but we will
credit your account for any whole months of subscription fees paid in
advance but not used during the suspension of your subscription. The subscription
can be re-activated at any time. When re-activating your subscription, you
will be charged subscription fees for the month in which you
re-activate.
Q: Can I see any other
programs with this subscription?
A. No. Normal Australian
Pay-TV services cannot be received through this equipment.
Q: Can I watch the programs on several TV sets in my home?
A: Yes, but please note that the standard
subscription fee is for one TV set. For additional TV sets connected an
extra $20 per TV set is payable by residential or business subscribers.
Q: Can I subscribe for my office or restaurant?
A: Yes. The standard subscription fee for a business is the same as for
residential subscribers, at $49.95 per
month for the first TV set and an extra $20 per month for each additional
TV set connected.
For restaurants, bars and other public areas a different subscription fee
applies: $99.00 per month for the first TV set and an extra $49.95 for
each additional TV set per public area.
Q: Will you keep my
personal information confidential?
A: We use personal
information about you to assist in providing services to you.
We will not disclose personal information about you to any other person or
organisation except with your prior agreement. We do not sell lists or
provide information about you to mailing houses or other direct marketing
organisations. TVO takes reasonable measures to ensure that your personal
information is protected from unauthorised access or disclosure.
